Hey!

My name is Jessica! I'm from a tiny town in northwest Iowa, and I go to college at Northwestern College, which is in another tiny town in Iowa, about 45 minutes away from where I live. I used to live in Colorado, but my family moved here when I was 13. I am a freshman this year, and I absolutely love college! I'm undecided in my major, but it is possibly Spanish, and I'm pretty sure I want to minor in teaching English as a second language.

I am so excited for this summer! Missions is something I'm super passionate about. I've been on two mission trips during high school, one to New Orleans and one to Mexico, and both really impacted my life. I strongly feel that we are called to spread God's name throughout all the nations, and I can't believe how blessed I am to get to have that opportunity!

Random facts about me:

I could honestly live on cereal alone.

I am a super indecisive person...and this causes me so many problems.

I'm the oldest of my family; I have two younger sisters.

I love laughing, and I saw that quite a few of you liked cheesy jokes...those are my FAVORITE.

Music is one of my favorite things, although sadly I only can play the piano..barely...so I just like listening to it.

I have this weird hatred of black socks.

I eat my fruit snacks in a certain color order.

My favorite movie of all time is Penelope.

I love reading and I wish I had more time to do so!
