Sorry I'm a bit behind on the blogging train, but it's been so awesome to get to read about you guys in the midst of the busy chaos that has been this semester, and really get excited for what God will do among us as a team and through us in Guatemala so SOON! I've been dying to get abroad and share in the adventure of what Jesus is doing in all nations for so long. My sister has been telling me epic stories for years since she's gotten to go all over the planet telling His story, and I kept thinking, Lord when do I get to go?! haha So I guess this is the beginning of that season
I would love to do missions after I graduate and I love latin america but I have no idea what the Lord has in store yet! I'm really excited a lot of you already speak spanish well, so you can help teach me! I speak a little, and I understand a bit. I studied in school many years ago, and my church back home in Texas made frequent short term trips to a village in Mexico where I learned more in a few weeks than I did with years in school- but I haven't used it, so I've mostly lost it
. (These smileys are ridiculous, I know, but they're a little addicting- my apologies!)
Currently, I live in Nasvhille TN and I'm a student at Belmont University. I'm studying music and psychology.
I love chocolate, the beach, LOST (and I'm up for discussing all the twists with all you other fanatics
), music of all kinds (well, most kinds haha), and reading everything from theology to psychology to The Chronicles of Narnia.
Can't wait to meet you guys for real!
In Him who is able to do immeasurably more,
