Hi Everyone,

I have loved reading about you all so much so, I guess I should be social and introduce myself as well! My name is Charlotte (or Charlie if you prefer) and I am 19 years old. I am originally from the small town of Rocky Mount, NC but I now reside in Nashville, TN where I am a sophomore at Belmont University majoring in social work and minoring in Español!! I absolutely adore it. I went on my first mission trip to Guatemala about three years ago and have been in love ever since. I am so incredibly excited and blessed to be able to return. I hope to be able to serve full time as a social worker in Guatemala once I graduate college so it definitely holds a large part of my heart!

I drink way too much coffee and eat way too much Mexican food.

I am so in love with Nashville that I almost cry every time I have to leave to go home, even if it’s for a week.

My favorite color changes almost everyday but today it’s yellow.

I don’t have any siblings, but I do have a dog that my parents treat as their child, literally. I am ashamed to admit they have even made him a facebook. (I guess that’s what happens when your only human child moves ten hours away)

Traveling is my all-time favorite activity.

I am so excited to meet all of you this summer. I am sending many, many prayers yalls way as we prepare for all the awesome experiences we are going to have. God is so good :)
