*Here's a description of what you will be doing and who you are working with:

You will be working with Mi Reto (My Challenge). Pastor Benjamin and his wife founded Mi Reto in 2002. They are involved with evangelism in the community through feeding distribution, visiting orphans, widows, prisons based on principles in Matthew 25. Your team can also expect to be directly involved with the church services including opportunities to preach as well as outreach to the children in the community. Benjamin mentioned outreaches like soccer games or taking the kids swimming as possible weekend outings.

You will be getting a cultural orientation from Pastor Benjamin when you arrive in the city. He can also share his testimony and vision for the area when you meet with him. As a side note, Pastor Benjamin has told us that you do need to be prepared for Malaria in this area!
